In early January 2008, LYC invested millions dollars introduced an Italian  high-precision CNC vertical grinding machine into their equipment line. The highly automated and precise machine can meet the production of class P4 precision bearings with an OD dimension up to 2500 mm. The machine equipped with universal angular positioning grinding head, roughness result Ra=0.025 can be achieved. Both the vertical and horizontal position control through optical linear scale transducer, with resolution 0.0001mm. They also have wheel dressing attachment with rotating diamond roller and fixed single point wheel dressing; Renishaw probing operating in process, interface between CNC and PC.
